I enjoy the laid-back and creative feel of animation, where there are many ways to approach a task and endless opportunities to insert personal touches. Knowing almost anyone can create the same scene but not all scene will be identical really opens up to ways of expressing my own individual talents. Understanding that the final result could always be polished leaves room for learning and bettering my skills as an animator. Being able to provide feedback from my own experiences, as well as receiving valid and developed feedback, really opens my eyes up to how differently people can view one simple scene. Its this never ending journey of self-reflection and improvement that makes animation so interesting to me.
